London Stadium is looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to join the Commercial team.
The Marketing and Communications Executive drives brand visibility and engagement through strategic campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, enhances customer experience, and supports growth objectives by collaborating across teams, managing projects, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in a crucial role within the Commercial team of a dynamic business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the stadium through day-to-day operations, a variety of projects and exciting events such as football, concerts, Major League Baseball, athletics, rugby and community events. Please note: Events and filming take place all year round, and at different times and days, so you will be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends to fulfil particular project needs.

Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Support the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager in the delivery of the Commercial, Marketing and Brand Strategy.
- Contribute to the internal and stakeholder reporting, including digital channel and database growth, campaign performance partner and customer surveys.
- Development & management of customer service strategy.
- Leading the social account management and content.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and partners to develop engaging multimedia content aligned with brand tone and objectives.
- Support data objectives including management of warehouse, CRM and development of how venue uses and exploits 1st party data.
- Support the marketing and partnership comms delivery through website updates (via CMS), newsletters (via CRM), social media and contributing to press releases.
