Sustainability Manager

About The Role

London Stadium are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join the team and help deliver our Sustainability efforts.  You can read more about commitment here: London Stadium - Sustainability

You will:

  • Support the Head of Capital Projects and Sustainability to deliver the Stadium Sustainability Action Plan 2025-2030
  • Co-ordinate sustainability initiatives to ensure they deliver to programme, budget, carbon and savings targets
  • Identify new initiatives that could reduce the Stadium’s carbon footprint
  • Research and prepare reports to the GLA Climate Team and Stadium Senior Management Team
  • Co-ordinate allocation of the Stadium Ticket Levy.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sustainability Manager at London Stadium will have experience of reducing the carbon footprint in a complex organisation. You will have the ability to influence, including cultivating commitment among sceptics and those with limited knowledge of sustainability. You will have personal credibility with a professional demeanour that generates trust and confidence.  You will have a strong organisational awareness with political and cultural sensitivities.
